XIV. New Business: Consider Approval of the St. Peters Conditional Use Application/HGO Land Development Application/Preliminary and Final Plan be Considered at the June 11, 2009 Planning Commission Meeting

Tell us more, please. Does this have any relation with the ongoing controversy with the construction of the tower in Schuylkill Township? Are these dealings in any way related to this? You hear about rails to trails. You hear about a renewed interest and funding for a better American rail transportation infrastructure. This using old railway right of ways to do an end run of people who may have using zoning to prevent it is new news to me.

In April 2008 Mr John Bilanin introduced himself to borough council as the 1st VP of the Holy Ghost Church. The Holy Ghost Church was the plaintiff against the Saint Nicholas Brotherhood.

The Chester County Court of Common Pleas made their decision.

Seems that Mr. John Bilanin is not authorized in any way to speak on behalf of the officer(s) of the Saint Nicholas Brotherhood regardless of the bogus bylaws he has prepared to present for a vote on May 31st 2009!

He and the others who signed this document are not even founding members.

ISN'T SHE ALSO THE SAME PERSON WHO WORKS FOR MONTO DPT OF URBAN HOUSING/HUD AND NAMED IN A LAWSUIT WITH HOLY GHOST ATTORNEY CLEMM, OFFICER OF HOLY GHOST PHIFER?

WOW THIS SMELLS LIKE A BAD DEAL!

Wow, this guy Bilanin gets around. Didn't I see way back last year when all this property dispute began that he also authorized censure letters sent to the women that spoke on behalf of the Saint Nicholas Brotherhood at the Phoenixville Council meeting? That letter was published on a couple of links and had his name on the bottom along with the priest. Is he the one confused or is he just trying to confuse the issue?

You silly people. What makes you think that HGOC board believes they must abide by the rules. They sued the SNB, then when the SNB won the lawsuit, they decided to become the SNB. Funny thing is that Bilanin signed when he was only VP. Where was the President of HGC- M. Samilenko? . I heard he took a LOA since the stress of this was just too much for the poor little lad. Then again, where has J. Bilanin been hiding out since he's found others to do his dirty work for him.
Yes, fraud has been a recurring theme throughout this entire deal. I'd like to see an investigation by someone who has the authority to press charges. Why does this board just make the rules up as they go along?

Maybe John's father in law can help him out of this one as the real deal is quite esteemed in
Southern Chester Countys legal system from what his MIL says.

Fraud it is... and has been with these players.

This Mr. Bilanin authorized many expenditures of restricted funds from 2003-2005.

Mr. Bilanin was quoted in saying "He answered to knowone" as the President of the church expending over 85m on deferred mtn. in 2004-2005 .. and refused to provide necessary paperwork to donors' of this restricted fund. Note: all interest in the funds were to be reinvested. Mr. Bilanin continues to control all funds for this new building and since 2003 has not reinvested a cent of the interest as directed. Donors inquirers are documented yet he never read the letters to his board of officers nor do they reflect in the minutes. No wonder they all stopped donating to this fund. No wonder those who pass away do not leave funds to the cause!

This man is overly confident by his status with the heirchy and feels the law does not apply to him. When the government does their investigation, he should lose his place on the board, as an accountant and within the acrod board he is working so hard for in this situation.

The easment should have gone to the congregation not this group who are only authorized to decide on minor issues of the day to day business of the parish.

It is out of control and I see it get worse every month!

"We have received a “Notice of a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of Saint Nicholas Brotherhood of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, Incorporated” which claims to be given in accordance with 15 Pa.C.S. §5701, to the effect that a special meeting of the Board of Directors of Saint Nicholas Brotherhood of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, Incorporated (the "Brotherhood") will be held on Monday, December 8, 2008, at 7 p.m. at Holy Ghost Social Center, 55 Starr Street, Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. The date of the notice is not legible. It is signed by Jeanne O. Bass, above the printed title of Secretary of the Brotherhood.

I assume you are involved with this notice for the December 8 meeting.

As you know we have entered our appearance for the Brotherhood. Our clients include Joseph Orosz, who is the only living member of the original incorporators of the Brotherhood, and who has been a Trustee Director of the Brotherhood for its entire existence, and is a life trustee of Holy Ghost Church.

Any purported business which occurs at the December 8 meeting will be of no force and effect, and have no legal standing. If the unelected directors of the Brotherhood attempt to take any action, we shall explore our legal options. If you do not cancel the December 8 meeting, we ask that you make copies of this letter available to all who attend. Mr. Joseph Orosz will be in attendance and will ask to read this letter to those assembled.

We understand there has been an agreement signed for the conveyance of a portion of the Brotherhood real estate. We request that copies of that agreement be made available to Mr. Orosz and to our office.

Thank you for your anticipated cooperation."



NOTE: MR OROSZ WAS REFUSED COMNUNION AND RECEIVED A LETTER OF CENSURE AFTER THIS APPEARANCE.

The aforementioned illegal meeting was held in defiance of the Chester County courts ruling and not only was Mr. Orosz denied Communion, he was stripped of his "trustee for life" status which was honorably bestowed upon him by the congregation years ago, NOT by this current board of less than 5 year member officers who want to sell the property and systematically eliminate founding families and their decendants. While all this may appear as recent developments, the corruption began to fester when the current priest arrived 7 years ago and the tarantulas began to spin their webs in the dark corners of protection from the Diocesan powers in Johnstown.

Isn't this man in his 80's or 90's? So he too was DENIED Communion?
What is wrong with these people? My heart breaks for this old man and the pain and anguish this must have caused him at this point in his life.
Wow. I didn't know much about this place, other than it sure looked good from the outside. Looks can be strangely deceiving.

I pray that the members of the church make other plans for May 31 as the bylaws mailed out will destroy the dedidcation of the foundes in building a church on a complext in perpetuation. These new ideas will result in the entire property being sold. There is only one board of the Saint Nicholas Brotherhood and John Ely has no power to call such a meeting therefore if you are reading this, do not dignify this farce of a meeting with your attendance- Tell the priest to stop spending your donations on this legal battle and end it now as nothing good will become of it if this continues. This is Sacred, Blessed, Santified Ground for Church use as the founders sacrifiesed for since 1938/Aug.

It must be difficult for the older gentleman to re-live this again in his lifetime. And this time the abuse comes right from within the walls of the organization ( I stop short of using the term 'church').
You can't be serious about the priest refusing communion ! I have learned in my life that what comes around generally goes around. I believe that God is just and those that refuse these poor souls today will get a rude awakening when they attempt to enter the kingdom. Those that presume to know the mind of God himself and act upon it with such presumed power might find that they are dead wrong.

These fraud people call the ideas and selling progress.

Dave Dascher, Black Mike, Mr Horgas, Mr Kuchma and all the Ferkos' would have kicked the behinds of the obnoxious disrespectful, arrogant people abusing the power and playing God.

This is our land, our church and no snot nosed kid is going to get away with pretending to be one of us.

HOLY GHOST PHOENIXVILLE - HOSTED A BOWLING TOURNAMENT FOR AN ORGANIZATION CALLED THE ACRY.
Interesting to see that people throughtout the diocese have not been extreley responsive to this invitation. In years past Phoenixville held awards for the best chapter... What could have happened? One would wonder why? From their site:

"Because of the lower than expected turnout thus far, the hotel has graciously extended the deadline for booking rooms at the upcoming Bowling Tournament another week!"

"This years BT is quite affordable even in these times. It has been six years since the Phoenixville chapter has been host. Those who have been to events hosted by chapter 30 know it is has been an enjoyable social good time. The church is in a great and historical location for all to come, learn, enjoy and get away from the tough times in our country.

We hope to see all of you and hope to see others that have been away for awhile, because being together with others from our diocese is resonable (financially) and the time spent with others is the best type of stimulas for us and our diocese."

After this group met with their leaders last May, censure letters went out to those who spoke against the sale of land. Onc could speculate that the conventions involve a bit of politics on how to get ahold of the most valuable property in the diocese? Who to eliminate next?
