Must be nice. It appears that word has leaked out that Tanya Mitchell-Westin is the daughter of Debbie P. Coppedge-Mitchell who, in turn, is the sister of Donald Coppedge. Now that is just a simple family tree until you figure out that Don is the Chairman of the Housing Authority of Chester County and Ms. Mitchell-Westin is the executive director of the Housing Authority of Chester County. All in the family.
