I would be interested to see if anyone had attended the Council meeting last night and could report on the the two issues covered here in this blog. The first being the conditional use request of Holy Ghost Church and Father Evans. That was just a request to schedule the hearing but, honestly, they should have been thrown out on their ears. The issue of the secret meeting that Mr. Wagner and Mr Krack had with the housing authority and Pennrose Property.

What meeting with housing authority and Krack/Wagner?

Are these two honorable or owned by those with agenda's?

It is difficult as a citizen to know who to go trust on these issues concerning the town?

I heard the meeting did not convene due to the lack of a quorum. At least that was the word on Karen's blog.

The headline is close. Ferris took the day off. Not enough of the usual suspects were present to make a quorum ergo no meeting.
On one of the topics you mentioned, the Bi-boys are planning to pressure the old ladies into voting on some bogus measure to grab the St. Nicholas brotherhood. Conspiracy theory: Without bogus document likely to be approved upon proclaimed soul loss of sweet old ladies getting ready to meet their maker soon, Evans Bi has got nothing. If they scare the crap out of the remaining congregation, they can at least have some bogus document they can wave at the council (rather than the 2 dismissals of their ridiculous claims by the courts). Such a shame. If the old ladies of the church vote the way they will be pressured, when they do get to meet their maker and are joined with their parents, they will have a one hell of time in heaven. Their parents and those members of the true St, Nicholas brotherhood who raised them, who took huge personal and religious risks to found the real brotherhood in the true sense of that word, and who worked to preserve the sanctity of the Reeves property won't be able to stop rolling in their graves long enough to greet them. What a choice: Vote in the here and now against the worldly "church" and hear some baloney about worldly judgement which will result in eternal damnation, or hold the memory of your parents in your heart, vote your conscience and be seen in the light of what has much more value in the eternal scheme of things.

You can do a street level view in Google Maps. I think that this is the Fedornock Florida Property.

6158 Blackberry St, Englewood, FL 34224

Taxes paid by John Fedornock
Phoenixville PA

Looks like he may be ready to retire after his settlement ck.

Wow, and he insisted to my mom they had no land in Fl a few years ago but tax records reflect they have paid on this since he arrived in Phoenixville. Why an alternate PO box and not the one provided by the church? Hiding this still?

When you collect social security, a nice salary, hefty car allowance, and literally no househould expenses, and a slush fund, you can afford to buy land and build. Also don't forget the "petty cash" for misc. expenses for his wife.

Amazing. However maybe an indication of a retirment before the 75th birthday?

A word of caution about Google Street View. A lot of times the address searched for does not match the picture, although it does get within a few houses of the correct address. Don't know if that is the case here.
