May 27th marks a landmark day for war criminals. Today is the 10 anniversary of the indictment by the World Criminal Tribunal in the Hague of Slobodon Milosevic for his role in the slaughter of thousands in the former Yugoslavia. It also marks the birthday of Henry Kissinger. The former Secretary of State is 86 today.
