The Borough of Endless Possibilities

Posted by Mr. Ellsworth Toohey in ,

Is it possible that there are still Council people that do not know about the ruling of Judge Griffith in the case of Holy Ghost v St. Nicholas Brotherhood?

I certainly hope not, since that ruling is very clear in saying the Brotherhood has the authority!

I really get the feeling that there are some elected officials in this Borough (and some important staff and consultants) that are clueless to that ruling and are going to stand in judgment of the Evans application without knowing the facts.

That is really sad (and very unprofessional).

After last night everyone should have their headlights working on this one!

I don't think that anyone else is left to give a copy of the court order and letter from the owners' of record representation!

If this stays on the agenda, the Evans/Clemm team have bought the town.

Well, then, sell the town and let someone sue to let the courts decide. Wow! That'll screw up the budget and raise taxes.

I think it's time for a clean sweep of Borough Politicians. Too bad they are not all up for re-election.

Better yet, make up envelopes payable to Mark Clemm and hope that one day, you can sue him
for bad advise "The Lease and Brotherhood is bogus" "The Brotherhood is a athletic club that has done nothing since the
1960's".
