I need an explanation as to why the Council is now concerned with the impact of a project on the residents of this neighborhood and the residents of the Libraries neighborhood can go pound sand. I think it is hypocritical and sleazy for neighbors of one development to have sway while neighbors of another is left in the cold. Mr. Ciruelos needs to resign now before his term is up. He has really lost it. He had so much promise 4 years ago and has since become a waste of a vote.
Here are two great quotes from the biggest two faced P$**ks in the Borough:
"Your plan is to minimize cost, which I can respect," said Henry Wagner, council president. "But you are increasing traffic on a residential street."
and
"I want to bring up the strong nature of the building," Ciruelos said. "Everything is jam packed in one area. Everyone in that neighborhood is going to have to deal with it daily for 45 years plus. You are impacting this residential area.
These guys are incredible!

A great leader once said "Inconsistancy is a form of stupidity."
People in power who constantly make bad decisions on similar projects are generally passive people.
They think that they are in control but have to be told what to do.
These guys have a lot on their plate but if you can't decide on which constituents neighborhoods are more important , then refer to your code book and the acronyms like NCR. Neighborhood Conservation. The purpose of these codes is to preserve the beauty and integrity , not to play with peoples livlihoods and property values.
I ask you gentlemen why is it OK for the residents of Carlilse Ave and not the residents of Second Ave?
Another half a$$ed decision with no consistancy that could very well be called stupid.
"Ronpper room, reads like in here".........am I the only one that has no freaken idea what this entry means?????
