Speck should be recalled by his constituents.Usually after time,a good marriage like the one between the Liebrary and the Park end in Divorce.

George's letter was never received by Council from the Planning Chair,therefore Council couldn't accept his resignation.Speck, in all his infinate wisdom(I use that term loosely)made a motion to accept applications for his replacement.That was shot down because of the former statement.Needless to say the look on his embarassed red face was priceless.

One thing about Speck is that he will address the public concerns brought up in public participation...unlike Handwerk, and Gill who just sit by watching from the sidelines...Handwerk, please say something from your own head for once. I only see you initiating comments through being prompted--like at the last meeting when someone from the public passed you a note and your hand shot up to say what the note said. Come on, Mikey. Show your age. Or maybe you are. You're representing people. You don't have enough life experience to know the weight of the decisions you make. I suggest you resign.
