Costello recorded the ATT issue with Bilanin, Kost and Breno whom were not the Saint Nicholas Brotherhood and had been warned of this court case win on behalf of the actual owners of record.

All I can say is Fathers hide your teen aged daughters. This boys ego is obviously bigger than the county. No experience. No leadership. No chance in Hell.

Mr. Costello is the Chester County Recorder of Deeds. His office records documents that are presented in the proper form for recordation. Neither the office nor Mr. Costello personally has the duty (or the ability) to determine whether the signers are who they say they are or are properly authorized to execute the instrument in question.

Then who's to hold someone accountable for presenting an item such as the ATT/HG officers/SNB mess which Costello recorded?

He is a double talker and very cocky. He thinks he is smarter than he really is. When you speak to him you very quickly realize how unitelligent he is.
