Elderly gunman kills guard at Holocaust Museum

The funny part in all of this (it is not the least bit funny though) is that head of the Department of Homeland Security had to apologize a few months ago because her Department put out a report, commissioned by GW Bush, about the rise of right wing extremists and the conservatives were pissed that they were singled out (though a left wing extremist report came out months earlier to no outrage). Not they are publicly killing abortion providers and shooting up holocaust memorials. When do we call these acts of terrorism?
