It is just one more "event" that has fallen on yet another of the HGC board of officers. It has been amazing to sit back a watch just how The Man Upstairs does work!

Hey speaking of the dev...opps, the Sinister Minister, what did he suddenly add to the Borough Council agenda at the last minute last night? I heard they went into an executive session to discuss his request. Isn't that why agendas are made public? Isn't the goal of public meetings to get the publics' input. Or maybe as usual, he's trying to railroad something right on through!! Can someone report back on what happened?

He was seeking approval of Council to advertise his conditional use hearing. It is an attempt to get this thing through Council fast. He pretty much said he was going to do it at the last Planning Commission meeting that they attended. Perhaps the most telling part of that whole event last night was that no one was willing to make a motion to advertise. Wagner even let the Council know a couple of times that they could consider it. The only sound was the crickets.

Wagner is a lier. Plain and simple.
He has those puppy dog eyes and sincere innocent look to him and boom... Lier Lier Pants on Fire.

This guy is going down for his sins. Perhaps it is time for his ethics and sunshine act to be vistied as the man is a shiester.

Wagner for over a year, acts like he is neutral and he is in Evans pocket. Follow the money. Follow the minutes. Think about what he allowed last night.

Evans and Wagner should be forced to resign immediatly before they get this town into the largest lawsuit for contempt of court amongst other things!

Wow New Big Deck was a part of Phase III improvement plan, after the repair to roads and sidewalks... after the completion of captial improvement goals...

Hmmm guess not only are the restricted funds paying the 65,000-90,000 lawyer bils, but a deck for the parish home?

First Clemm states lease is bogus.
Then Clemm states SNB is not in an authentic lease and is a bogus group (see March 2008 minutes HG)
Later Clemm states there are no historical sites on property.

Tonight Clemm states he has a legal agreement of sale, now signed by Ely as Pres of SNB dated Jun 08 yet before he had legal agreement of sale signed by Mark Samilenko Pres of HG Church.

Also later this evening, Clemm acknowledges underground railroad and tunnels but they are not too close to HUD project.

During all this a letter from historical professor is read and the Planning Head Deb Johson interrups, and opening chastises the lady reading the letter.

What the heck is going on here?

Then HG priest tells the ladies they must leave the meeting because they laughed when Evans said Agreement of sale is valid.

It is a joke. How can two different people neither of which legally can sell the land, sign an agreement of sale?
