Does Chester County or Philadelphia or Delaware have any similar connections with Jim Evans since he has Clemm as attorney too?

Phifer is current officer of HG
Phifer was President of HG when deal made for HUD housing.
Phifer also joined church less then two years before becoming presient. His background is commercil realestate appraisals for Conntintal Realty owned by Gambone Brothers. Phifer is married to the head of Urban Develp't for Montco who is also a notory who quite recently notorized papers on behalf of SNB, signed by officers of HGC, which judge would call quesionably legal.

Clemm is attorney hired by Phifer to help chuch on plans for HUD in Dec 2007. Clemm works in Montco generally focusing 20% of experience on malpractise and 20% on this type of stuff and dabbles inbetween based on bio of his office.

Clemm has a legal, past histry with Phifer goin back to their business transactions as you can read about and educate yourself on as we did recently.

Now, Clemm also represents Evans as the original attorney for Evans failed to be aggressive in the issues of zoning concerns.

The protection of HG rights is quite fuzzy with Clemm involved. The interests of Phifer are not in the best interest of the HG church as his goal as stated publicly often is to sell the land, blacktop entire front area and sides, make a circular driveway and develope the rest.

For more detail, get the minutes of HG board meetings from 2005-2007 as he did not have meeting with all members in attendance. He had subcommittees decide on many things without imput from overall board and one reason I quit that board. He had an agenda to survey and sell back in 2005 and now all the puzzle is falling together on how deeply rooted he and Clemm are on this matter having to go through for Evans.

Only thing I know of Phifer is he paid for a survey of our land and we already had one. He used funds out of building fund for survey and it cost almost $8000 - said it was to prove property line over a shed on a Starr Street home per 2-2006 minutes.

Then, in court, he testified he got the survey as a part of this sale for HUD/Evans/Housing Project. The survey guy was someone he dealt with in the past. We had people from parish who could have had it done for half that cost.

Not sure which is the truth but any ependiture over $1000 is to go back to the parish, not the 12 people or 14 board members.

None of this new group follow the rules. God forgive them.
