I must say that I don't have any interest in promoting religious beliefs, but, what about the First Amendment rights of those who want to distribute flyers on a public sidewalk promoting their religion? I though that was constitutionally protected speech. Is he legally allowed to state that people will be banned from the street (or what, arrested?) if they speak to others about a topic he deems unacceptable, or if they are handing out flyers? Who is that man?

I agree. You can't do this. You can't do that. Why would somebody be allowed to have a BAKE SALE? Wouldn't that take away from buying desserts in the restaurants? LOL.
