Cooking a Goose

This could be the signal that Sen. Specter has chosen to retire. Already unpopular among conservative Republicans, the announcement of his opposition vote for the Card Check bill marks the end of his career. SEIU and AFSME was willing to step out and endorse him in the General Election if he voted for the bill. Now, with out Conservative Republicans, his chances in the primary are small. Without support of indy's and union Dem's, his chance in a General Election are zero. Call Senator Specter and thank him for handing this Senate seat to the Democrats.
