The Economist article this week on Manufacturing paint a grim picture of international manufacturing. The point I was trying to make in previous post about the stimulus plan was that perhaps we need to spend a trillion dollars rebuilding manufacturing in the United States and filling the void created by this financial and economic crisis. Or is that too forward thinking?
