Did I hear correctly from Mr. Cassidy's report to Council on the Phoenix website that the streetscape project should be ready to go to bid in August????? That would be a delay of nearly 2 years between phases.

I was not assigning blame for the delay. Please read the post. Perhaps it is because you are a bit guilty or offended by what I wrote. Quite Sorry. I fully understand that the former Borough Manager is to blame for the delay and the Mr. Cassidy was just the messenger.
