Here is a logical question and lets see how "off" I really am. Let me add a little info first.
According to the Inquirer (no link because it was just a small blurb in the local section), the Delta Organization entered into a contract with Salem Baptist Church to build a new wing. The church overpaid Delta $372,711 for work left incomplete. The church then spent $1.1 million on hiring a new contractor and paying off Walt's sub-contractors. The contract was signed and I assume some of the payments were made in 2004. From the Delta website:
The property also known as The Gateway Building is a four-story, 33,350 square foot, Class A office building. Built in 2005, New Century Bank will occupy space on the first and second floors.
Could it be that someone robbed Peter to pay Paul?
