Al Franken has won the vote recount in the Minn. Senate race by a margin of 225 votes (out of 2.5 million votes cast. A .00009% margin). Norm Coleman still has a chance to contest certain aspect of the vote counting but expert believe that will only net him possibly 100 votes at most.
