A very interesting dilema

Posted by Mr. Ellsworth Toohey

Just had a wonderful vacation to Paris and Madrid. Weather was nothing but rain. I am back now. Remember this little piece of the Council agenda for tomorrow night.

X. Public Hearings

a. Consider Adoption of Ordinance Amending Chapter 15 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Part 4, “General Parking Regulations” By Creating Additional Handicapped Parking Zones in the Borough of Phoenixville, Chester County, Pennsylvania

b. Consider Conditional Use Application of St. Peters Place/St. Peters Housing Development Corporation to Construct a Senior Housing Project Upon Property Located Adjacent to the Holy Ghost Orthodox Church (55 Starr Street)

This one is going to court anyway so why not just reject the application, have Evans appeal, and make him prove that he is entitled to ownership of that land. Hope to see you all out at the meeting tomorrow night.

Who makes this type of decision of the town?

How in the hell can this hearing be on the agenda at this stage?

Isn't it the councils fidiciary responsibility "to serve and protect"

Aren't the words of the key coucilman pushing this project "Always Faithful"?
HOW ARE YOU being faithful to this town, spending money on a hearing for a project that is on its way to court due to the applicant acting irrisponsibly and purjuring himself while threatening people who have facts that prove the land can not be sold!

Town Council: Adivise of the day:

Cancel this topic and work on items you are able to without futher costs to this town!

First article says Evans is a priest and second he's a developer and real estate mogul. Will the man behind the collar please stand up and reveal his true self??

Father Evans won't stand up - he just counts the votes for his projects!
