My head is still spinning:
Does anyone save these tapes of meeting.

1) Now not a HUD project ? Wow is that called perjury?

2) Wasn't the urgency for HUD applications every meeting with planning, council and parish?

3)Now the project started due to the Trustarr asking applicant to do this project?... Before: it was initiated because of a car wash being put in and road taking over social hall ground.. then later, the project came to light because one of the elder residents of St Peters arranged a meeting with Evans and Fedornock. Which is it as all were in testimony, in minutes and now part of court record.

What a HUGE waste of money, time, and energy.

APRIL 08 BOROUGH MINUTES V. Presentations: Father James Evans said he is here regarding Senior Housing at the Holy
Ghost Church which would provide housing for seniors in the Phoenixville area. He said
they have a waiting list to get into the 95 units with an average turn over of 8 or 9 units per
year. He said we are proposing to add another facility at Holy Ghost Church. He said he
is asking that Council support this project and give a letter of support for this project so
that the application and letter can be submitted to the Federal Government for a grant. He
said the letter should include a welcome of the facility in the community and would work
to make sure the building could be built.

JULY 15 2008 - BORUGH MINUTES d.
Father Evans said both of these issues were addressed at the Planning Commission meeting on Thursday night. He said we did an environmental Phase I which is required in the HUD application which then indicated we needed to do an environmental Phase 2. He said that is scheduled for the middle of August. He said there was asbestos so we did an environmental cleanup. He said on the historical issues we are required by HUD to submit to the State which was submitted and they gave us a clean slate.

...and then there was the drama in the parking lot and reception area.

A woman with erratic behavior and a bit of a crazed look began yelling at senior citizens, woman and members of the one side of this mess. Some of us had to intervene as it was hostile and borderline attacking behavior.

Her accusations and threats were inexcusable and whoever she was no one on planning or council saw her before. Next time the police should arrest her as it was absolutely offensive for someone to verbally attack seniors in this manner over some issues with her children and the church. Sad!!

I saw this first hand too 7:55. My kids checked and nothing on Karens' blog shows any children photo's nor are there any names of this person as she used to be part owner of Dells and we know the familiy from back then... Her claims about blog are wrong and she kept screaming at people.

What a strange display! Scared a lot of us. I would be ashamed if she were my family.

Seemed as if Father Fedornock was egging her on and found her behavior acceptable which saddens me as he is elderly too and she should have been arrested.

I asked around and heard none of them go anymore so why was she even there? I go to every council meeting for my work and she was new to this drama. Maybe she was there for exactly what she did.. threaten the elderly trying to save the church?

I saw that woman. She was clearly deranged.

I firmly believe that this woman's actions constitute a charge of harrassment and it is quite a shame that the police were not called to intervene. One of the SNB people finally told her to sit down and after a bit more verbal abuse, this person who loudly said she was "SUE OR SUZANN BUT NOT SUSAN" finally sat down.

I would like to see those involved file charges against this woman. The look of distress and fear on the people she accosted was horrible. Perhaps they can file a complaint with the police and get this woman the help that she obviously needs. Is there security at these potentially emotional meetings?? What if there had been a weapon involved? There are no metal detectors around.

My bet is she is taking some of the drugs her husband has for his disabiltiy as she is erratic at best.

No wonder her children can go weeks without being home.

I strongly suggest she focus on her parents grave and clean up the debri and rock - perhaps plant and mulch as treat them with respect instead of disrespecting those they loved in the church they attended.

Also: None of that bloodline is on the original list of SNB. Perhaps why they left and don't care about selling the land to developer.

Her issue with name SUSAN goes back to when the scholarship for kids at church went to another SUSAN (her ex - sister in-laws - new sister in-law) Soap opera or what.

... Susanne never got over it and dwells on this to this very day.

so sad how minds work. She felt Father Barnick favored the NICE Susan instead of the deranged Susanna.

It is custom in the Orthodox Church to bless yourself when the church bells ring.

Did anyone notice that in the opening statement, Clemm is speaking and Fedornock is sitting behind him in his handmade tailored white shirt.

As Clemm attempts to put the HG Church in the spotlight of the hearing (adding more liability) the church bells ring.

Guess who DID NOT bless himself.
It was interesting to see who did bless them selves: The SNB, not the HG board schmucks who for the most part, don't even know they were supposed to........... sad.

OK Correction: The Baking Lady/Slush fund for Pani pays for the campers who can not afford, not the HG church. This same fund suppliments flowers, dinners, decks, and much much more.

What is the difference. Either way some go for free and some do not.

As for the funds made in church (dues paid or baking funds) going toward camper:

Provide cancelled checks for pmt to the camp as bet there are none for this camper of the week character.

There are photos of this family at the Baptist church they joined last year and by doing this, actually removed themselves as legal members in communion of HG.
