I wouldn't pay 25 cents to dine with Speck. He is a disgrace to our community with is political games and activity outside of the sunshine!

Here's the deal: you pay ME $25 and I'll try to get through appetizers with Speck, though I'm not guaranteeing it. How long can one take that vacuous visage?
