Holy Ghost and the second hurdle

Posted by Mr. Ellsworth Toohey

Holy Ghost passed their Planning Commission phase of approvals last night. They were able to obtain approval for both their Conditional Use application and Full Land Development and Subdivision application. The whole show now goes to Council in its late July meeting for a conditional use hearing and approval of the plans.

THE PEOPLE OF THE CHURCH AND TOWN NEED TO ATTEND THE MEETINGS IN ORDER TO UNDERSTAND THE SCOPE OF PROJECT AND MANNER IN WHICH IT HAS TOTALLY GONE OVER AND ABOVE WHAT ANYONE INTENDED FOR THIS LAND.

DECISIONS ON BLDG SIZE, SIDEWALKS FROM COLUMBIA STATION TO TOWN, BLDG HEIGHT AND AFFECT LONGTERM ON AREAS OF CURRENT PROPERTY ARE NOT WAHT WAS VOTED ON BY THE CONGREGATION.

THE PLANNING MADE IT CLEAR THEY ARE NOT FOR THIS PROJECT ON THIS SITE BUT HAD TO DECIDE A RECOMMENDATION TO GIVE COUNCIL.

SINCE PLANNING WENT ON RECORD ON BEING AGAINST THE SITE FOR THIS USE, SINCE THE MOTION OF THE CHURCH HAS NOT BEEN MET FOR PROJECT AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, SINCE THE AGREEMENT OF SALE IS GOING TO RESULT IN LEGAL COSTS IN EXCESS OF THE $80,000 ALREADY PAID OUT TO MARK CLEMM. THE CHURCH SHOULD INSIST ON FULL DISCLOSURE FROM THEIR HG BOARD.

AT THIS STAGE, THE LAND WILL ALL BE DEVELOPED IF YOU ALLOW FEDORNOCK AND ELY TO AGREE ON ITEMS WITHOUT RESOLUTION OF OWNERSHIP AND UNDERSTANDING OF MAGNITUDE OF PLAN.

What a pity! The uninformed that voted for this will get what they deserve;blacktop and cement block instead of fresh air, trees, dogwood blossoms and the peace and tranquility so synonymous with a House of Worship. All you have to do to envision what it will look like is try to find a view of the church across the street that Evans obliterated with his prison facade building. Name it after any Saint;it'll still look like the scourge of Phoenixville. A pox on them all!!!

What were the details of conditions for this approval request?

Did council support the project as I thought they did not on this parcel?

This is a huge surprise to the town since none of the officers or President of SNB signed any agreement of sale!

I guess I've never realized the depth of the corruption in this small bedroom town. Sad to say the least.
Beware of smiling faces?

I thought that Planning Commission
was against the project at this site. Is that the case?

I sure hope the Borough is paying the premiums on their insurance policies.

Between Holy Ghost's and the Library's requests I'm sure they'll be some lawsuits along the way.

The church insuranced company is quite aware of the possible litigation. This time, those who break the law in the name of the HG board, will not get away with the directors insurance protecting them. Fraud, fidiciary responsibility and contempt of court will not be paid for when litigated by anyone other then the pox faced boy from Gilbertsville and the man who hides behind his Science Projects. They have signed as owners with knowledge of facts counting on the bullying to control those who stood up to the Bishops letters, priests threates and harrasssing mailings. God Bless this church!

How in the hell can Deb Johson sit there and declare that ownership is not an issue for what was presented?

Does she have any idea what her role is regarding the conduction of a meeting?

Then the solicitor who looks 15 giving her legal opionion was a joke.

Mark Clemm is lining his pockets representing Evans, HG Board and his lawsuits for bad advise will triple. He advised that the lease was bogus. He advised that the SNB was a group of decentors. Now is states he represents HGB, SNB and EMC. What the Freek?

Planning swallowed what Evans fed them and now Wagner will too.
