So here we are on the 200th anniversary of the birth of both Abraham Lincoln AND Charles Darwin. How does Phoenixville measure up to the changes brought about by these two great men?

The fast moving 'rumor mill' has it that it was stated publicly in a school admin meeting this morning that the reason for the disparity/ education gap between the races is because one group apparently has a 'stupid gene'. This is the theory of one of our own elected school board members, who BTW makes decisions that affect children of all races in our district.

IMHO, "Stupid is as stupid does." If this fast-moving rumor proves to be factual I would hope this stupid a$$ resigns by the end of the day.

Can anyone check the facts and the followup action to either squelch a false rumor or confirm what was said?
