The Phoenix-Villian? Walt this way? Hey you, up against the Walt? I can't figure out the right headline.

Another sad incident regarding the Delta Organization. There are many broken heart along the trail of tears that lead to the offices of the Delta Organization. I am in the process of setting up a legal defense fund for Walt Logan. Send check to:

I don't know specifics but I think I can wrangle together what happened here. Delta signs a contract with the church. In typical Walt fashion, he doesn't do the work due to delays or he does some of the work but not enough. There must have been a payment to Delta but the subcontractors saw none of it. The church terminates the contract after pleading with him to do some work. Walt is offended that anyone would expect him to complete a project so he sues the church for terminating his contract. The church sees that Walt hasn't paid the subs and assumes that his sweet Mercedes runs on church funds so they go down to the DA's office and cries foul. The DA looks at the long list of subs that have sued Delta for non payment and they think they have a crook on their hands. Walt is then charged with theft which is what we have been screaming about for 10 years. Since he turned no money over to the subs, all of it is on his shoulders.

Does that sound like the arrogant Walt Logan we all fell in hate with? Remember, they are breaking ground in April (of '04)
