Read into the words

NO MORE QUESTIONS, PLEASE

Mr. Lawerence seems to have hit a dead end with the PASB and its attorney. They would like to look forward for the good of the kids.

From today's Phoenix:
"If you believe that we have not addressed something or would like clarification concerning anything," Williams concluded, "you can let me know and I will present it to the Board. Otherwise, I think it's in the best interest of the School District, its students, parents, teachers, staff, administrators and the public to continue moving forward."

Thank god that someone is looking out for us now be keeping their mouth's closed. If only half of them were thinking about us when they were considering the KES project we would not be in this situation. The district is getting a load of bad environmental press this year. They may want to open up and show us their "sensitive side".

I took the article and the statement to read that the official line of the Board is to not make a statement but that everyone could call a board member at their homes and ask them questions. They are elected officials and represent us. Call them at home and ask them their take on the issue. As for the district, put a request in writing for the information you want. They can refuse to give you a statement but they can't stop you from either asking questions or getting answers.
