criticizing the criticism

Posted by Mr. Ellsworth Toohey

I love when people criticize me for not having anything nice to say about certain issues. It usually follows with some phrase like "why don't you step up to the plate?" or "why don't you come up with idea's". Do these people realize that those statements and criticisms are as asinine as what I am being accused of? I will continue to publish these moronic statements but just realize that just because an idea was concocted in Phoenixville doesn't automatically mean that we should follow it blindly until it dies a fiery death. Accept the criticism.

I like it better when they say, "Why don't you get out of town" if you don't like some issue or another. This ain't a dictatorship... yet.

Regardless of personal opinions about the nature of these postings, before anyone levels criticism against Sir Toohey they should take note that his name isn't listed anywhere on this blog.

Maybe he has been stepping up to the plate for years and we just don't know it.

Or perhaps we do know that he has been stepping up to the plate.

Ellsworth Toohey = Ken Buckwalter?

WHAT? Is this another Buckwalter blog in disguise? He would not have the balls to do another anonymous blog?

Has Buckwalter really stepped up? Does he really present 'his' points of view ON THE COUNCIL FLOOR? Or are those comments wasted on blog postings?

Will the real Buckwalter please stand up?
