What a nail biter. The results zig zaged all night for the 157th race. Phoenixville drove Paul Drucker to Harrisburg. Paul won by 1782 votes. That is an average of 148.5 votes per precinct (midgets count as .5 votes in Phoenixville). I think there was a certain amount of Obama coat tails. Paul only had 368 votes less than Obama out of almost 7400 votes cast. 55% of his votes were straight party strikes compared to 40% of Guy's votes. It was tight district wide but Guy couldn't break through the Phoenixville black hole.

Carole may be the last Republican in that seat for a long, long time.
