This was almost raised obtuseness to an art form, except that, ultimately, it was pointless.

Have talked to both 157th candidates. I still think they are both hacks.

I miss Carole Rubley and she hasn't even left office yet!

I had to concede after the first two paragraphs realizing however, that Journal Register probably pays these "reporters" and "columnists" nothing so we get what we get.

The Phoenix needs to go weekly, needs to focus on the things they do well, obits and scholastic sports and needs to keep the journalism simple. Leave the deep thinking to the bloggers.
